Can I get an exchange?

Yep. We are happy to exchange any item within 30 days of receipt of your order. Just download and complete our freepost returns form to return your purchase for FREE via Royal Mail. Just let us know which product you would like to swap it for and send your item back to us. Please obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the post office. If your parcel is misplaced on the way back to us, we will need to obtain a copy of this to issue a refund or exchange. If the exchange item is of higher or lower value than the original item, we will get in touch with you to settle the balance. And if any delivery charges apply, we will take payment from the card you used to pay for your original order.

We are usually pretty quick at processing exchanges, but at busy times it can take up to 30 working days. If you’d prefer not to wait for your exchange we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

How do I cancel my order?

Ah, we’re sorry you’ve changed your mind. If you’d like to cancel your order, please let us know in writing within seven working days (beginning the day after your order was placed) and we will give you a full refund including delivery charges. No questions asked.

How do I get a refund?

Just send it back to us for free or return it to your nearest shop. We can refund the original price of an item within 30 days of receipt of your order. Paid using PayPal? We can only refund online. Your refund will be made to the original payment card used to place the order. We’ll let you know once it’s gone through. If you would like a refund for a purchase made in one of our shops, refer to the shop returns policy for full terms and conditions.

Remember the packaging!

In order for us to process your refund or exchange we need the original packaging or box. Shoes must not have been worn outside, and all clothing and accessories must be returned with original tags. We must have items returned in a re-sellable condition or we do reserve the right not to refund / exchange. Hope you understand....
